Every maker in our network earns above a fair living wage. We are GPTW certified — one of very few manufacturers in this industry who can say that, and mean it.

Waste reduction and responsible water use are built into our operations from day one — not retrofitted as a sustainability footnote when it became fashionable.

We invite factory visits and hold an open-door inspection policy at every stage. You should know exactly where your pieces come from. So should your clients — especially the ones who ask.

Actually Ask Us.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

No — and that is entirely deliberate. Whether you are sourcing one considered piece for a residential client or outfitting a full commercial project, we work to your brief, not a minimum. There are no exceptions because there shouldn't be.

How long does production take?

Typically 12–15 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the category and the level of customisation involved. If your project is working to a tight handover, tell us early. We will give you an honest answer — not an optimistic one.

Can I create custom pieces for a project?

Yes — and it is a significant part of what we do. Share your specifications: dimensions, materials, colourways, construction references. Our team works directly with the artisans to bring it to life. We have made bespoke pieces for private residences, hospitality projects, branded retail and private collections.

What does working with you long-term look like?

Studio partners receive priority scheduling, a dedicated point of contact, preferential pricing on repeat orders and first access to new collections before they are broadly released. Most of our strongest relationships started with one project and built from there.

Can my clients see my brand, not yours?

That is the point of our private label programme. Custom packaging, swing tags and authenticity certificates let your clients experience the work as entirely yours. Available from USD 250 — and complimentary on orders above USD 10,000.

What materials do you work with?

Natural wool, cotton, jute, denim and viscose — selected for quality, sustainability and the way they feel in hand. For bespoke projects where the brief calls for something specific, we can source and evaluate materials outside our standard range.

Can we visit the factory or inspect production?

We welcome it. Our factories operate an open-door policy at every stage — and we actively encourage partners and their clients to come and see how the work is made. If you prefer third-party inspection, we will facilitate it without friction.

Do you work with studios based outside India?

Yes — and it is a growing part of how we work. We partner with studios across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the Pacific and beyond. Freight, customs documentation and delivery coordination are handled on our end. Tell us where your project site is and we will map the logistics for you.
