At The Owl Artisans, each rug is carefully crafted, quality-checked, and packed with love before it begins its journey to your home. Because our pieces are handmade and made-to-order in some cases, we ask for your kind patience as we work to deliver excellence.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Products (ready-made): Dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation.

  • Made-to-Order or Customized Rugs: Processing time is 10–15 business days, depending on complexity and size.

  • Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your rug is shipped.


2. Shipping Timeline

We ship worldwide 🌍 from our artisan workshops in India.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • India: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • USA / Canada: 7–12 business days after dispatch

  • UK / Europe: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • Australia / NZ / Middle East: 10–15 business days

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Charges

  • India: Free shipping on all orders.

  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and rug weight.

  • For large or bulk orders, special shipping rates may apply β€” contact us for personalized assistance.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your rug is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with a live tracking link.

5. Delays & Responsibility

  • We work with reliable logistics partners like FedEx, Delhivery, DHL, and India Post to ensure safe, timely delivery.

  • However, delivery delays may occur due to:

    • Customs clearance delays

    • Weather conditions

    • Strikes, holidays, or remote locations

  • While we will assist you in resolving any issue, The Owl Artisans is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or customs processes.


6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • Some countries may apply customs duties, VAT, or import taxes at the time of delivery.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • The buyer is responsible for any such fees imposed by their country’s authorities.


7. Address & Contact Accuracy

  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.

  • We are not responsible for items lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incomplete/incorrect address,

  • Unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery,

  • Failure to pay import/customs charges,

We will contact you to reship the product (reshipping fees may apply).


9. Packaging

  • All rugs are securely packed in eco-conscious, waterproof, and dust-resistant wrapping.

  • We also include a personal note from the artisan (where possible), making your rug even more special.
